With strengths in both the creative and administrative realms, Adam’s mission of conveying hope in the midst of hopelessness has found expression as a worship pastor, project manager, and nonprofit leader.
In his role with Centered Leadership, Inc., Adam brings expertise in organizational health, nonprofit collaboration, fundraising, and international partnerships.
In his time at ServLife as Executive Director, Adam led the charge to increase revenue, doubling staff, donors and programs. His drive for excellence and organizational health continues to propel the organization forward to new levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
A graduate of Taylor University, Adam has a Degree in Mass Communications. Adam and his wife Christin have been married since 1999 and are blessed with three children: Carolyn, Emily, and David. They had the joy of adopting their son from India in 2006, and the entire family visited India and Nepal with ServLife in 2013.

Christin Nevins
Adaptive Change Coach
Christin has been coaching executive leaders, leading teams through organizational change, conflict reconciliation, strategic planning, and facilitating groups in corporate and nonprofit settings for over 20 years.
Christin has a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Indiana University. She uses her knowledge of Enneagram, leadership development and executive coaching to help leaders and teams become increasingly effective in their own leadership so they can raise up more leaders in their settings.
A Wyoming native, Christin has made Indianapolis, Indiana her home since 1995. She has run several half-marathons, just one marathon, and is a big fan of PBS and TED Talks. She loves being outdoors, cooking, and gardening. Christin and her husband, Adam have been on a lot of adventures together. Their greatest adventure is raising their three teenagers.
